富邦產險徵才 薪資3萬起跳

【林潔禎、王立德╱台北報導】為因應市場持續性的成長態勢，富邦產、壽險同步徵才，其中富邦產首度展開聯合招募計劃，大規模招募營業與客服理賠人員，沒有名額限定；富邦人壽內部將明年增員目標設定為4000人，繼續壯大業務部隊。
富邦人壽今年初喊出要淨增加3000名業務員，雖然在大環境影響下，今年淨增加人數可能下降至1500人，不過相較於其他壽險公司「淨減少」，成績仍相當漂亮。

報名截止日12月1日

富邦產險針對明年人力進行整體規劃，大規模招募營業與客服理賠人員。據指出，薪資至少3萬元，加計職務加給或核發獎金後，實際薪水優於同業。
富邦產險董事長龔天行表示，近年富邦產險在員工專業度提升、商品創新開發、保戶服務、保險教育貢獻等各面向，屢獲國內外各項大獎肯定，其關鍵因素就在於「重視人才培育」。
富邦產險這次徵才計劃報名截止日為12月1日，預定12月21日進行初試，明年1月初進行複試，明年農曆年後2月10日報到。
