標題[討論] 拿到展示機...

我上禮拜五在momo網購下單一台32900元的Lenovo Y500 該物品被歸至在新品上架，標題與內容也沒有寫此販售為展示機 所以應該要是新機吧？ 可是我禮拜一收到貨時電腦箱並沒有貼紙封條 檢查之後竟然是時數2500+小時的展示機 裡面還有數張用該展示機拍照店家前面攤位的圖片 之後我馬上用網路客服跟他表示他們送來的是展示機 結果回覆都是已請相關單位處理 到了今天居然連退貨扭都不能按 客服打了也不接 我該怎麼辦呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.134.92
