北市推花葬 陳淑麗響應

台北市政府推動環保葬，在陽明山闢設北市首座花葬區「臻善園」（圖1），上月啟用至今已有82名往生者使用，昨邀董氏基金會董事陳淑麗（圖2，蔡亞樺攝）擔任環保葬大使，陳簽署承諾身後將花葬。臻善園面積約8200平方公尺，種植吉野櫻、八重櫻、流蘇、金毛杜鵑、茶花及桂花等共2萬株，5千個穴位採不立碑、不記名，輪流循環使用。

花葬開放全民到北市第一或第二殯儀館服務中心申請，將協助家屬將大體火化後的骨灰磨成細粉，裝入可分解的棉紙袋，安葬程序不收費，大體冰存及火化仍要收費。文╱蔡亞樺•圖╱北市民政局提供
