男家中施打海洛因　外出閒逛2小時遭逮

【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市1名張姓男子昨天晚上10時許，獨自在中和區景新街一帶閒晃，巡邏警員察覺怪異，便上前盤查，發現為張男是毒品列管人口，張男自知無法逃跑，便主動交出1包0.3公克海洛因，警方隨後將他帶回偵訊。張嫌向警方表示，「2小時前才在家中施打海洛因，出來逛逛就被抓。」警方訊後依違反《毒品危害防制條例》將他移送新北地檢署。
