鴨霸遠通控侵權　逼民間App下架

【方翊倩／綜合報導】eTag用戶已達520萬輛車，除遠通電收推可查詢餘額的App外，民間也搶推有主動通知扣款功能的App，但業者卻接到遠通電收的存證信函，被要求下架。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，遠通推出「遠通電收ETC」App，供民眾查詢儲值帳戶餘額，民間也有業者開發相關App，包括ezTag、myTag等軟體，並增加主動通知扣款、試算餘額、一次查詢多車等功能，吸引不少民眾使用。不過上月ezTag、myTag軟體的開發商均接獲遠通電收存證信函，指其軟體使用遠通標章等，外界易混淆，要求下架，否則將採取法律行動。

使用民間版App的民眾氣得大罵遠通霸道，遠通電收則說，民眾透過民間版App查詢餘額，個資可能外洩，且業者使用類似的ETC標誌，會誤導民眾，侵害遠通權益。
