西班牙法院　向江澤民發逮捕令

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】西班牙國家法院昨日表示，再次針對中國前國家主席江澤民等5人發出逮捕令，指控他們涉嫌對西藏進行種族滅絕罪行。

當地法院表示，國際報告顯示江澤民等5名高官涉嫌群體滅絕，應該接受審問，其中還包括中國國務院前總理李鵬。西班牙法院也在對中國前國家主席胡錦濤進行調查，但這次的逮捕令並不針對他。西班牙法律系統允許對在西班牙領土外犯有種族滅絕罪的嫌疑人，使用普適管轄權而予以審判。

西班牙援藏組織從2005年開始，針對江澤民為主的7名官員多次向西班牙法院提出法律訴訟，指控他們在西藏犯下反人類罪行。今年10月10日，西班牙國家法院主動進行受理案件。但中國先前已經表明，有關指控純屬虛構，西班牙也無權干涉中國內政。
