美議員批中國救災不力　「世界仍需要美國」

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】美重量級參馬克羅•盧比奧（Marco Rubio）議員昨表示，中國救援菲律賓風災不力，顯示世界仍需要美國這樣的領導者。

有可能成為共和黨2016年總統候選人的盧比奧表示，「這種行為表現了中國的外交政策，只是單行道的做法」、「當發生人道主義危機時，與美國相比，中國總是不情願作出反應。與中國做法相比，美國願意將政治上的分歧先放在一邊。」

盧比奧稱，他歡迎中國崛起，但海燕颱風的例子顯示，世界需要美國發揮強有力的作用。
