分床夫妻協議不干涉　夫偷情判賠50萬

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名知名張姓花藝老師與廖姓丈夫均 70多歲，結婚10年但分床多年，前年5月簽署協議書約定「互不干涉」，廖男交女友且發生性行為，張女偷拍2人性愛畫面控告，高等法院審理判廖男和小三應連帶賠償張婦50萬元定讞。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，張姓花藝老師指控，守身到57歲才嫁給廖男，但夫2010年底外遇，因此在廖男房間裝設錄影設備蒐證，前年12月錄到他與小三的性愛畫面，向2人求償500萬。廖男認為，依協議書內容「不得干涉」應包括他可以結交女友。但高院認為，協議書未明訂廖男可以交往小三或發生性行為，已侵害到張婦的配偶權益。
