台南房價漲過頭　下半年買氣急凍

【張菱育／台北報導】台南房價近2年漲幅太大，今年下半年中古屋買方轉趨理性觀望，交易量明顯較上半年減少，房價從第3季至今已呈現停滯狀態。

信義房屋台南區協理洪正龍指出，今年下半年台南買方開始轉向觀望與保守態度，交易量明顯較上半年減少，主因台南房價近2年漲幅太大，買方較理性已不願追高房價，就算看房也不一定會買，台南房價從第3季至今已呈現停滯狀態，目前僅剩永康區、東區、北區等中古屋交易量較活絡。
