我外交官赴北京討論APEC　「會互稱官銜」

【陳郁仁／台北報導】外交部國組司司長周台竹今在外交部記者會表示，明年的APEC經濟領袖會議將在中國的北京舉行，今年的12月9日、10日他與我經濟部國貿局官員也將代表台灣，赴北京參與「非正式資深官員會議」，確定明年的議程和討論APEC在亞太議程。由於北京此次也是派外交部官員與會，周台竹說雙方見面會依照名片上的官銜稱呼。

媒體詢問明年北京舉辦APEC經濟領袖會議，是否會邀請總統馬英九參與以及邀請函會如何稱呼？周台竹說，應該都是依照慣例，會致函邀請馬總統參加，以往都是用「leader of economic」（經濟領袖）稱呼，明年的稱呼，還沒開始討論。
