鮮乳含禁藥 衛福部：須一週檢驗

衛福部食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美上午在立院社福及衛環委員會備詢時，綠委趙天麟問到昨出刊的「商業周刊」，檢出多款市售鮮乳殘留藥物問題。姜郁美說，食藥署每年對鮮奶監測81種藥品，但媒體檢出的屬於代謝物質，並不是平常的檢驗項目和方式，因此還需要進一步確認。

姜郁美解釋，藥品上試前人體試驗會評估副作用，產生的代謝物經肝臟破壞、排除，也許會在生物體內停留二到三天，但不具作用。

姜郁美指出，地方衛生局昨天下午已針對周刊公布的品項抽樣，樣本已送到實驗室，原本監測的81種藥品和108種動物用藥、塑化劑，可在1、2天內檢驗完成，但對於「代謝物」部分，平常沒有在檢驗，比較困難，還須要釐清該分報告檢驗方法和用藥內容，預計需要一週；若到時檢出不得驗出、或超過限量標準，會依「食品衛生管理法」規定要求下架。
