【楊永盛／苗栗報導】苗栗男子蘇皇龍（36歲）前年詐騙台灣人被逮，今年7月假釋後重操舊業，但他早已安排妻子張繡玲（37歲）前往大陸蒐集電力、法院等單位的客服電話，在苗栗設詐騙電信機房，由張女跨海打電話，以積欠稅金、電費等理由誑騙12名大陸被害人，詐騙70多萬人民幣。警方昨逮捕蘇男夫妻等5名嫌犯，今天中午依詐欺罪移送苗栗地檢署偵辦。
