悅城完成公開申購　每股定價55元

【吳秀樺／台北報導】悅城科技（6405）已完成上市詢價圈購及公開申購作業，承銷價格為每股新台幣55元整，預計於11月28日正式掛牌上市。悅城的業務主要是玻璃基板薄化廠，目前具有單面、雙面以及非對稱薄化技術，可將5.3代玻璃基板的厚度減薄至0.1mm，同時也已成功開發6代玻璃基板的薄化技術。
 
悅城指出，目前主要的產品應用主要為智慧型行動電話、平板電腦以及超輕薄筆電等行動裝置，其中智慧型行動電話應用比重約佔公司整體營收8成，是公司主要獲利來源，而平板電腦與超輕薄筆電應用比重合計約為2成，則為未來開發與成長之主要項目。
 
展望未來，在智慧型行動電話、平板電腦以及超薄筆電等電子行動裝置不斷推陳出新，以及產品薄化設計日益精進下，此市場趨勢將帶動光電玻璃基板的薄化需求，未來營收將有更進一步的成長空間可期。
