與陸產品認證障礙　江宜樺：超乎農委會職權

【李卉婷／屏東報導】行政院長江宜樺今天下午三時許至屏東農業生物科技園區與20家駐廠商面對面溝通，針對行政院目前大力推動的自由經濟示範區，農業加值，大部分廠商仍對與中國大陸的產品進出口品質檢驗、認證、外銷瓶頸等問題障礙重重，對此行政院長江宜樺回應：「確實超乎農委會職權範圍。」

江宜樺說，農業轉型必須結合台灣科技，轉變成高品質農業，增加農業附加價值，農委會與中國大陸當然有協商管道，但要加速突破，必須再透過陸委會及海基會，與陸高層進行諮商談判，將與海基會及陸委會進行討論，期待在一年內有所突破。
