賣問題髖關節　嬌生737億和解

【陳怡妏／綜合報導】美國嬌生集團（Johnson & Johnson）19日同意，以25億美元（約737億元台幣）天價，與8千名安裝全金屬製ASR人工髖關節的美國患者和解，每人可獲賠約737萬元台幣。

嬌生2010年已停售並回收問題人工髖關節，因該產品磨損率過高，逾1/3患者在術後5年內被迫更換新關節，反觀他牌人工關節可用上10到20年。

原告律師指控，嬌生高層至少2008年就知道產品有問題，但仍繼續銷售，估計產品上市8年內，共有3.5萬美國患者和逾9萬外國患者，裝了這款問題關節。

負責嬌生在台醫療產品業務的台灣壯生公司表示，ASR人工髖關節已於2010年10月在台停售，台灣僅3名患者安裝，迄今無不良反應，公司將持續追蹤，若患者因產品產生不良反應，台灣壯生願意負擔相關醫療費。
