建商保守牌　北台灣明年推案減1成

【王筱君／台北報導】財政部宣布奢侈稅將朝微調方向修法，不延長2年閉鎖期，營建業以利空出盡看待房市發展，展望2014年，面對房貸升息、QE退場與五都選舉等利空因素，建商推案將轉趨保守。
 
《住展》雜誌預估，明年3大都會區推案量約1.37兆元，較今年下修800億元量體，北台灣全年推案量約1兆元，推案量縮1成。《住展》雜誌研發長倪子仁指出，明年雙北房價走向持平盤整，房市呈現強者恆強、漲跌互見的個案表現。
