泰林出清百慕達南茂　每股貢獻5.86元

【楊喻斐／台北報導】為了配合南茂科技（8150）明年第1季將由興櫃轉上市，泰林（5536）董事會決議將處分在美國那斯達克掛牌的百慕達南茂的所有持股，共計約4093張之多，預計處分獲利總計高達12.9億元，以泰林目前股本約22.02億元計算，每股獲利挹注達5.86元。

泰林董事長卓連發表示，配合集團整體營運規劃，這次決定一口氣將百慕達南茂持股全部處分完畢，並由南茂自行買回，預計分成2階段交割，第1次交割日為11月26日，處分張數2000張，處分利益約6.3億元，第2次交割日為明年1月31日前，處分張數約2093張，處分利益約6.6億元，將分別於今年第4季與明年第1季認列獲利，以目前股本22.02億元計算，每股獲利貢獻分別達2.86元、3元。
