【短片】陽明山國有地遭竊佔　陽管處前處長涉案

【丁牧群／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻的胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊佔陽明山國有地弊案，士林地檢署懷疑有官商勾結，而陽明山國家公園管理處前處長蔡佰祿於2000年核發建築執照給劉政池興建七七行館，被檢方列為犯罪嫌疑人。
 
蔡佰祿曾因北投纜車弊案收賄，被判刑2年6月確定，現在又捲入竊佔國土案，被檢方懷疑涉有重嫌。蔡今晚10時許被調查局人員帶到士林地檢署接受複訊時，低頭避開媒體鏡頭，不發一語，正由檢察官偵訊中。
