查劉政池竊佔國土　約談11官員

【丁牧群／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻的胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊佔陽明山國有地弊案，士林地檢署為釐清有無官商勾結，今指揮調查局台北市調處約談陽明山國家公園管理處現任、前任共11名官員到案。

其中陽管處前處長蔡佰祿被列為犯罪嫌疑人，現任副處長詹德樞等10人則為證人，檢調正漏夜偵訊中。詹德樞作證後於今晚9時許被檢方請回，他離開時僅說：「我是來說明的。」蔡佰祿目前仍由市調處訊問中，稍晚將送往士林地檢署由檢察官複訊。
