「面前叫大哥背後下毒手」　男公然侮辱判罰

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名50歲鍾姓男子與41歲的白姓男友互相稱兄道弟，沒想到鍾男女友卻與白男暗通款曲，被發現後鍾男懷恨在心，先後3次在網路部落格與交友網站貼文：「一個41歲的胖男人，卻纏著47歲小女人」，還貼上白男照片並註記：「這就是那個在我面前叫大哥，卻背後下毒手的小白」；白男不甘受辱提告，宜蘭地院審理後今天將鍾男依公然侮辱罪判處拘役70天、得易科罰金7萬元。

鍾男另還在部落格上張貼女友裸照，並恐嚇要將照片寄給女友家人，8個月前也被宜蘭地院依妨害秘密罪、恐嚇罪判處6月徒刑、得易科罰金18萬元。
