標題[問題] 求救-網路突然不能用(無法與DNS通訊....)

不好意思 不知道PO在這個板適不適當~ 還是有其他版也能PO我目前的問題~ 目前我是在外住宿， 和兩個室友一起用台哥大寬頻。 前天我的網路還好好的， 昨天晚上回宿舍後網路就不能用了~ 就是連基本的上網頁都不行..... 可是兩位室友網路都是正常的 桌面右下角是顯示黃色的驚嘆號， 點進去網路地圖後發現有連到數據機，可是網際網路那邊是打x的.... 疑難排解後顯示的是 Windows無法與裝置或資源(主要DNS伺服器通訊) 試過數據機關掉重開，電腦重開機，網路線拔掉重接， 網路卡驅動程式重新安裝.... 網卡驅動程式是 Realtek rtl8168c(p)/8111c(p) family pci-e gigabit ethernet nic (ndis 6.20) 依舊沒有辦法..... 另外我的電腦有安裝McAfee， 想說可能是防毒軟體的關係 後來有將McAfee移除(開始那邊點進去有解除安裝的選項) 重開機後結果還是一樣... 將我的網路線接到室友的電腦， 他們的網路是正常的! 請問這種狀況該怎麼解決呢? 之前沒遇過情形............ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.65.106.8 ※ raistlee:轉錄至看板 ask 11/21 09:29 ※ raistlee:轉錄至看板 AntiVirus 11/21 09:52
