貨車進雪隧起火　駕駛亂丟菸蒂釀禍遭訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】男子趙顯昌今年6月27日清晨開小貨車載建築材料北上，於桃園縣龍潭鄉抽菸後，隨手將菸蒂往外丟，沒想到菸蒂卻掉在貨車後車斗，趙男直到車子開入雪山隧道內，發現後車斗不斷冒煙，下車察看才驚覺菸蒂火種起火燃燒，導致後車斗放置的塑膠帆布、天花板材料被燒燬。
 
趙男趕緊拿隧道內的滅火器滅火，雖未釀成災情，但遭雪燧內的監視器拍下，趙男因而遭以公共危險罪法辦。
 
北檢將菸蒂送鑑定，發現菸蒂上的唾液DNA與趙男相符，且趙男也坦承疏失，檢方認為，起火點在雪山隧道內，且起火冒煙足以影響其他車輛行車安全，今依公共危險罪將趙男起訴。
