首見建案規劃大型舞台車宣傳　潮味十足

【徐微欣／台北報導】鄉林建設在新北市新莊區的成屋案「鄉林淳青」，預計11月底交屋，建案宣傳手法除了張貼傳統指示牌、POP廣告外，選擇設計大型舞台車燈箱，在台北市鬧區定點定時行動宣傳，也是首次有建案如此規劃。
 
鄉林建設業務部協理邱博威表示，由於該案位於新莊，在台北市無法刊登太多廣告看板，加上鄉林淳青的行銷定位為「新潮時尚」，便想到找來大型舞台車。他也提到，第一波的行動宣傳已告一段落，行動路線包括台北市及桃園國際機場周邊，民眾反應相當好，也聽聞有其他建案將規劃類似宣傳手法。
