貪污法官今天去坐牢　刑期1到20年

【法庭中心／台北報導】司法官集體貪污案上月判刑確定，高院前法官陳榮和、蔡光治、前檢察官邱創舜、邱茂榮及律師張權等5人，分別被判刑1年到20年不等徒刑，他們今天早上分別赴台北地檢署執行科報到，隨即搭上囚車發監執行。

最高法院上月確定判決認定，前法官陳榮和、李春地、蔡光治透過前檢察官邱茂榮、檢察官邱創舜共收賄850萬元， 先後將涉貪的前立委何智輝、前法官張炳龍改判無罪，事後又透過前檢察官張權教唆偽證，因此依違背職務行、收賄等罪，判7名司法官各1年到20年不等徒刑確定。其中李春地已經在11月12日提前入監執行，其他司法官都在今天報到發監。
