變相經營應召站　婚友社老闆被訴妨害風化

【黃哲民／新北報導】經營婚友社的新北市42歲卓姓男子，涉將女會員名單變成花名冊，以每個電話號碼1百元、安排碰面收費5百元到1千元不等價碼賣給男會員，卓男並註記女會員「可一夜情」等誘人字句，撮合男女雙方性交易後，卓男另向男會員加收5百元到1千元不等的介紹費，等於變相經營應召站。

新北地檢署今起訴卓男涉犯營利媒介性交易罪嫌，最重判5年。卓男僅坦承提供女會員名單給男會員抄錄，否認媒介性交易，辯稱都由男女雙方碰面自己談。

8名男會員證稱，透過卓男介紹女伴性交易。另有女會員不甘被卓男當成媒介性交易的人頭，指控卓男涉犯詐欺罪嫌，但檢方不起訴。據悉，卓男也曾找多名女會員上床。

至於掛名婚友社負責人的卓母，則曾出庭表示：「一切跟我無關。」
