剛剛帶兩隻毛小孩從飛牛牧場回來 回程在北上92公里處 遇到個亂剪車不開方向燈的白目。 頓時開心的心情都被這白目弄的不美麗。 行車記錄器有清楚拍下車牌號碼，請問該去那邊檢舉呢? 第一段36秒處(突然衝出來..) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUw0Y-SVTDc
