精障女路邊咆哮　警消馳援送醫治療

【邱中岳／新北報導】新北市樹林區今天下午6時許，民眾報案有名疑似精神疾病女子，在路上向路人咆哮，擔心她會傷人。警方獲報到場將女子安撫，並通知救護車前往，警消獲報正趕往現場處理中。
