林美照撞傷女騎士　判拘30天

【張欽╱台北報導】藝人林美照前年開車在新北市新店區不慎撞傷廖姓女騎士，致其顱內出血、左手骨折，被依過失傷害罪起訴，家屬一度求償1700萬元，後降至380萬元，因林美照聲稱只能負擔120萬元，雙方和解破局，台北地院今依過失傷害罪判林拘役30天，得易科罰金3萬元，全案可再上訴。

林美照前年12月6日開車經過新北市新店區祥和路時，從後方追撞前方廖姓女騎士，廖女倒地後，出現顱內出血、左手骨折等傷害，至今仍持續治療。
