艾桑彗星接近 亮度不如預期

（中央社記者林紳旭台北13日電）號稱史上最亮彗星的艾桑29日最接近太陽，但亮度未如預期。中央氣象局天文站今天說，艾桑亮度約負2到負3等，約木星亮度。

天文站技士鄭振豐說，去年底發現這顆彗星後，多個國家的天文單位都研判這顆彗星將是「史上最亮」，亮度甚至會超過月亮，但艾桑(ISON)愈接近太陽系，科學家觀察的愈仔細後，發現並沒有那麼亮。

他說，預估艾桑彗星最亮約負2到負3等，相當於木星或金星的亮度，台灣民眾可以觀測的時間是日出前，往東方的方向，彗星的尾部長度約2到3度。

鄭振豐表示，肉眼觀測艾桑彗星並不如預期容易，因為它受到即將升起的太陽干擾，也受到還在天空中的月亮影響。

鄭振豐指出，民眾在11月還可以觀測另外一顆彗星2013R1，這顆彗星出現在下半夜的東方，約是獅子座的方位，這段時間剛好也有獅子座流星雨，理想狀態下每小時可觀測到約20顆。1021113
