不見物資 菲災民譴責救災慢

菲律賓遭超級強颱「海燕」侵襲已過三天，救難人員面對嚴重毀損的機場及被阻斷的道路，難以順利運送糧食醫藥等救災物資，心焦如焚；而災區居民遲遲不見救濟物資，怒火中燒，嚴辭譴責總統「艾奎諾三世」救災不力。

被譽為「怪獸颱風」的「海燕」上週五橫掃菲律賓中部，造成36省、430萬人受災，東部沿海「雷伊泰省」首府「塔克洛邦」首當其衝，光是這一座城市罹難人數就將近有一萬人；當地幾乎所有建築都被夷為平地，居民在風災過後，一無所有，救援又遲遲不到，災民飢渴交迫，紛紛掠奪商家，找尋食物。「紅十字會」官員對於災區治安，深表憂慮。

另外一個重災區「薩瑪省」至今依舊斷電斷訊，外界無法得知當地的確實災情。
