彭淮南：日圓再貶不利日經濟

中央銀行總裁彭淮南今天在立法院財政委員會答詢表示，日圓過度貶值，再貶不利日本經濟。

國民黨籍立委賴士葆表示，美國是彭淮南以前說的大鯨魚，結果大鯨魚掉到水池裡，透過印鈔票把責任推給全世界；日本現在也跟著學美國印鈔票，把責任推給全世界。

他希望彭淮南評估日圓貶勢，以及現階段是否可能發生金融風暴。

彭淮南認為，希望金融海嘯不要出現，目前出現機率很小；日本政府擴大量化寬鬆買公債的動作，造成日圓貶值，不但日本銀行放款沒成長，甚至還萎縮；日本無法利用日圓貶值刺激民眾向銀行貸款。

賴士葆說，彭淮南的說法就是日圓貶值沒發揮效果。(中央社)
