菲國災區已成無政府狀態　民眾徒步逃離

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】海燕颱風(Haiyan)橫掃菲律賓，造成嚴重災情，目前在重災區塔克洛班(Tacloban)據傳已經成為無政府狀態，各大國際通訊社紛紛報導災民闖入受災店面，看到能拿的東西就拿，除食物外，連笨重的冷氣機都有災民要徒手搬走。

當地沒水沒電，四處都有人搶劫，根據菲華青年服務團塔克羅班分團理事長李宗翰表示，當地華人能走的都走了，他自己也忙著安排家人設法前往馬尼拉。
