被指毀約遭索賠150萬　歌手胡德夫勝訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】被譽為「台灣民歌之父」的原住民歌手胡德夫，遭昔日經紀人熊姓女子提告爭取15首已錄但未發行歌曲的專屬授權，熊女並以胡男毀約與妨害名譽為由索賠150萬元。新北地院認定雙方合約5年前已期滿，判決熊女敗訴。

63歲的胡男大學時代就在咖啡廳駐唱，2005年發行第一張個人專輯《匆匆》，主打歌《太平洋的風》獲得隔年金曲獎最佳作詞人獎與最佳年度歌曲，這張專輯就是簽約委託熊女發行。

胡男3年前與別家經紀公司簽約，熊女主張雙方約定5年出2張專輯，胡男忙於外務未能配合灌製第2張。胡男反駁，10年前和熊女簽約5年，當時共已錄妥29首歌，第一張專輯僅用掉12首。

法官認為，雙方合約早在2008年6月期滿，熊女無權要求保有未發行歌曲的專屬授權，判胡德夫勝訴免賠。
