北市豪宅交易逐季成長　仁愛路最熱門

【張菱育／台北報導】台北市豪宅交易量逐季成長！實價登錄以來，北市總價8000萬以上豪宅，從今年第1季的34件，到第2季的76件，大幅成長124%，另統計去年到今年9月上旬，豪宅熱銷路段又以「仁愛路」，交易量佔北市整體11%居首。

永慶房屋首席房產顧問葉國華表示，總價8000萬以上的豪宅產品，非一般投資客可以炒作，消費客層均位於金字塔頂端，財力都相當豐厚，央行的豪宅限貸令，對豪宅市場不會有太大影響，許多豪宅買方在自住、換屋、置產、收藏等需求下，依然持續進場。
