北市追統園銅葉綠素流向　僅南僑違法使用

【沈能元／台北報導】北市衛生局今表示，前天移請相關縣市衛生局查察統園公司進口銷售複方葉綠素色素共5款，經調查發現，統園公司下游廠商只有南僑公司添加ERKA111水溶性銅葉綠素鈉於大膳抹茶蕎麥麵不符規定，目前尚未接獲其他超出限量範圍使用的業者名單。

台北市衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，統園公司共進口ERKA100脂溶性銅葉綠素、ERKA100-1脂溶性銅葉綠素、ERKA15水溶性銅葉綠素複合物、ERKA19水溶性銅葉綠素鈉、ERKA111水溶性銅葉綠素鈉等5款，其中100年迄今，其中共出貨56公斤ERKA15水溶性銅葉綠素複合物，銷售給皇家可口公司台南廠。

經台南市衛生局工廠稽查結果，皇家可口公司台南廠使用ERKA15水溶性銅葉綠素複合物，於乳品原料製成的冰品，符合使用限量範圍。
