【陳郁仁/台中報導】國民黨今舉行19全會，場外為了防止抗議民眾丟鞋，出動大批警力和拒馬，被質疑擾民。台中市長胡志強受訪表示，不清楚管制範圍，但知道今早有抗議群眾丟過鞋子，環保局正在清理，「希望合法開會的權益受到保障和尊重，合法陳晴抗議的權益也受到保障」。
