標題[問題] 請問公司法務助理應徵的一些問題

我朋友國立法律系大學畢業 找一間投資公司的法務助理 無工作經驗 投完一週內即通知上班 南部 週休二日 25K 責任制無加班費 由於事務所部分沒什麼缺人 加上面試時覺得主管似乎好溝通，所以想去 但他家人想看過書面契約，確定好才能放心 (公司成立10多年，但網路上資訊很少，公司約10人 加上以前似乎不是作現在這行業，是近來新開的部門) 所以請他寫一份契約書給同學 不過公司的人傳簡訊問說想要寫什麼@@ 並且說一般公司只有雇傭通知 請問 面試相關工作的大家有簽書面契約嗎? 內容大概是? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.71.204 ※ 編輯: tingtsu 來自: 111.255.71.204 (11/10 10:24)
