【張惠凱／台中報導】本次國民黨全代會實施嚴格的人車管制，無相關證件者不得進入會場，一早，一輛貼滿「馬英九下台」抗議標語的宣傳車，試圖進入管制區內，被警方攔阻，在規勸後掉頭離去，並未發生衝突。
