張忠謀：第2季員工分紅年增逾2成

【蕭文康／新竹報導】台積電（2330）今舉行運動會，董事長張忠謀指出，雖然世界、台灣景氣不好，半導體成長也非常慢，每年只有3~4%成長，但台積電在這幾年前走智慧型手機及平板電腦發展這條正確的路，台積電每年還有雙位數的成長，比台灣絕大多數公司好的多，「這也是我愛台積、再創蹟的意義。」
 
張忠謀對現場員工說，我們已是全球半導體業的3個領袖之一，我們大家的分紅是每1年淨利固定的百分比，公司賺得多分紅也多，今年第2季有很好的分紅，比去年同期多百分之二十幾，現在第3次分紅就要發出來了，看起來也是很好，現場員工因此歡聲雷動。
