【呂品逸／新北報導】新北市土城區福祥街今天上午10時許，被路過民眾發現1名女性不明原因全身是血倒臥在路邊，疑似墜落傷，民眾趕緊報警求救，警消到場後趕緊將人送醫急救，警方也將調查發生原因以釐清案情。
