配套法案今三讀 台紐協定將生效

立法院今晚三讀通過配套法案「海關進口稅則」部分條文修正案，上月底通過的「台紐經濟合作協定」即將正式生效，屆時，國人常食用的紐西蘭奶粉、奇異果，將逐步降至零關稅。

協定生效後，我國出口至紐西蘭的工業產品有六千一百多項直接零關稅，其餘廿九項則分四年降為零關稅；至於出口的農產品，將於十二年內逐步降至零關稅。

經濟部預估，台紐協定上路後，國內產業總產值將增加三百五十六億元，其中，製造業可成長三百億元，以半導體、鋼鐵、光電材料產業受惠最多；農產品則將受到衝擊，預估一年將減少卅五億元產值。
