聯準會公佈最新銀行壓力測試條件

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）為測試美國大型銀行對於經濟情況改變的承受能力，上周五公布下一輪壓力測試的假設條件，其中最險峻的狀況是美國失業率跳升至11.3%、房價大跌25%，以及道瓊工業指數大跌50%，同時歐洲與亞洲國家經濟陷入衰退。
 
聯準會同時也假設美國經濟惡化的假設條件，包括美國經濟衰退2%，長期利率攀升，此狀況可測試美國大型銀行債券、貸款等相關業務損失情況。
 
美國約30、總資產超過500億美元的銀行必須接受上述聯準會新一輪壓力測試，以建立防範經濟動盪的資本緩衝。
