中市油品業者學標示　不堪查緝退切結書

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市政府衛生局今天找中市23家油品業者教導標示油品方法，業者憂心中央政府規定本月8日前得改善所有不實的標示，他們抱怨時間太緊迫，實在趕不及，恐將面臨重罰，其中，以生產麻油為主的醇芳實業有限公司退切結書。衛生局食品藥物管理科長陳淑惠轉述，醇芳雖有口頭告知下游油廠非百分之百麻油，之前仍吃上四萬元罰緩，乾脆退切結書，避免涉及刑法的詐欺罪。

中市衛生局長黃美娜指出，23家油品業者以生產香油、胡麻油及辣油為主，當然也生產大豆油等油品，中央政府今天已決定，這三款油品因為都屬混合油，所以可以不用標示「調和油」的字樣。
