下體綁水球蒙混驗尿　警眼尖識破

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名34歲潘姓男子，昨天下午4時許，遭警方在樂利二街家中查獲安非他命與吸食器，警方立即將他帶回警局偵訊，潘男進行偵訊時全程相當配合，不料驗尿時，警方突然發現潘男下體藏有膨脹物，當場喝斥：「這是什東西！」
 
警方調查，潘男套上水球，用繩索綁住水球與塑膠管，以別針固定內褲上，排尿時再用別針刺破水球，將水導入尿瓶內蒙混驗尿。潘男向警方坦承吸毒，因為擔心被警察盤查，才會隨身攜帶水球裝置；警方訊後依毒品罪將潘男移送法辦。
