遏止黑心食品　楊志良：應提高檢舉獎金

【張博亭／台北報導】黑心油品問題延燒，前衛生署長楊志良今天表示，油品是食安重要的一環，礙於政府經費有限，應讓民眾或者大專院校的學生踴躍參與檢舉，民眾一旦發現食品有異狀，可以送學校檢驗室檢驗，學校再把檢驗的結果再送至食藥署參考，因為政府的人力沒辦法普遍的去抽查。
 
此外，楊志良也認為，應提高檢舉獎金。他說黑心業者賣黑心食品，賺個幾億只需要關幾年就出來，做壞事拿那麼多錢，民眾檢舉黑心食品的美意，價值不應該那麼低，楊認為如果一件提高到至少10萬元，應能帶動民眾踴躍檢舉的風氣，形成「全民狗仔」共同為食安把關。
 
不過媒體詢問楊志良關於近日外界有批評聲浪，認為衛生福利部部長邱文達應為食安事件頻頻爆發而下來，楊志良低調表示，卸任的前首長對現任的首長不便表示意見。
