回歸司法體系　1985聯盟籲修《軍審法》

【王家俊／台北報導】公民1985行動聯盟主張《軍事審判法》應修法，將行政監督權回歸司法院長及法務部長，立法院會上午通過將民進黨立委李俊俋提案的這項配套修法交付委員會審查，對此，1985聯盟發言人王先生表示感謝，將追蹤後續修法進度。

1985行動聯盟代表及公民監督國會聯盟執行長張宏林等10多人上午到立法院議場旁聽，公督盟另提出開放立法院委員會讓民眾申請旁聽等主張。王先生說，軍事審判法仍賦予國防部長掌有各級軍事審判機關及偵查機關的行政監督權，並未落實審檢分立原則，盼全民監督《軍事審判法》後續修法。
