謝長廷演講：補鞋網是台灣奇蹟

前行政院長謝長廷28日至中山大學海洋科學院演講，出身體操選手的他，以「人生不歪腰-謝長廷的平衡哲學」，暢談如何將體操選手的「平衡」特色運用在人生觀、政治美學、兩岸關係與國際局勢上。除了重申一貫的「多元共存」哲學，談到最近火紅的丟鞋話題，謝長廷也忍不住調侃：「補鞋網的改良真是台灣奇蹟！」

謝長廷說，總統被丟鞋最早其實發生在美國總統布希任內，倒不是要打到總統昏倒或中風，而是一種表達民意或發洩的方式；這代表著人民對現狀的無奈，但畢竟不是文明行為，人民必須了解憲法，透過憲法來保障自己的權利，從核四、大埔、洪仲丘案，甚至最近的國會監聽案，憲法都是最終的答案。
