iPhone 5s先賣排隊客　預購民眾等嘸

【方翊倩／綜合報導】iPhone 5s公司貨前天才在台開賣，卻馬上爆出許多爭議，有民眾投訴，指電信業者先賣新機給新客戶，讓更早預購者空等，另有新機預購金無法退回、手機有瑕疵等。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，陸續有民眾投訴，遠傳有現貨先賣給排隊民眾，讓更早預購的客戶空等。台灣大將手機現貨給VIP客戶與新申辦用戶，讓之前預約民眾傻等。另中華電信用戶前天買iPhone 5s手機，因要送人就沒驗機，友人拆封卻發現機身毀損缺角，向公司反映卻說只能維修，不換新機。

業者均稱是依規定辦理。民眾直言「預購根本沒用，排隊比較快」，消基會則批業者宣傳方式待改善。
