衛福部擬祭重罰　大統恐罰18.5億元

【邱俊吉／台北報導】衛生福利部今上午舉辦追繳違反《食品衛生管理法》之不法所得研討會，下午召開記者會說明，食品藥物管理署副署長吳秀英說，經專家評估，富味鄕2年多來應裁罰金額可達4.6億元，大統長基7年多來的違法情事，則可裁罰18.5億元，且調查後若有其他事證，罰金可再調高。

吳秀英說明，因此案影響消費者權益甚鉅，且業者欠缺悔意，嚴重耗費行政調查資源，衛福部認為相關情節已符合《食品衛生管理法》第44條第2項所稱「情節重大」，所以引用該法條及《行政罰法》第18條第2項規定來提高罰鍰。吳秀英說，上述裁罰，將由地方政府執行，預計1周內實施。
