海防大漏洞　全台78雷達站22座壞超過百日

【胡治言／綜合報導】海巡署全台海岸78座雷達站，去年竟有22個雷達站故障超過一百天；其中宜蘭縣龜山島雷達站最誇張，竟故障307天，成為海防大漏洞。

《蘋果》報導，立委李應元指，台灣沿海常有濃霧，海巡人員必須透過雷達監控海面，若雷達故障則海巡人員將無法得知海域是否有入侵、走私船隻。海巡署去年查獲毒品走私、貨品走私，查獲偷渡客等較前年都有降低，「是否不肖人士刻意藉由雷達故障，掩護非法走私。」

海巡署則指因承包廠商臨時解約，去年一至十月才出現維修空窗期，去年十月新廠商接手後，各雷達站都恢復正常運作。海巡署公關科長施義哲說，查緝績效下降與雷達故障並無直接關係。
